Footage taken in Bareilly, northern India, shows a man carefully take the naked baby out of the white bag and keep her safe, while friends took clothes and a sheet out of the bag.
The men then wrap the girl in a large white sheet and put a blanket over her. She was taken to hospital but, according to reports, is currently safe and out of danger.
