RTÉ Radio 1, Keith shared that he came to a crossroads when his time on the breakfast show finished.He shared that he felt as if everything had been taken away from him, after putting so much time into that part of his career.The end of that chapter led him to therapy, which is something he wants to take the stigma away from.Speaking to Brendan he explained: ‘It gave me pause for concern. I think with something like that you put so much into it to the detriment of other things, like your personal life, your family life, your kids, your wife…’‘I’m not here to blame anybody, but when something like that finishes and is kind of taken away from you, as I perceived it, I felt like this was taken away from me.
