Michael Schumacher ’s former Formula One rival Giancarlo Fisichella has resurfaced. Schumacher was seriously injured during a skiing accident in the Swiss Alps seven years ago.Updates on the health of the seven-time world champion have been few and far between ever since his accident.Few people are believed to be in contact with the German, with Fisichella having previously said he would like to hug Schumacher.When asked two years ago what he would do if he was allowed to meet Schumacher for a final time, three-time race winner Fisichella replied: "I'd like to hug him and talk to him."I really hope with all my heart that he can resume a normal life.""We were friends.
