Meghan Markle said the handling of her supposed row with the Duchess of Cambridge and reports that she made her future sister-in-law cry were a "turning point" for her.
During her interview with Oprah Winfrey, she was asked about the infamous reports that Meghan made Kate cry during a bridesmaid dress fitting in the lead up to the royal wedding in 2018.
There were claims from insiders that the two women disagreed about a detail of the outfits, leaving Kate, who was pregnant with Prince Louis at the time, in tears.
But in her historical interview, Meghan claimed it was actually the other way around. She said that "the narrative" surround the incident "was really, really difficult" and "when everything changed".
