Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

From 2011 to 2017, she played Rachel Zane on the American legal drama Suits. Angela went on to say that Ofcom's decision will have upset mother-of-two, she added: "She can’t cope with someone saying she didn’t tell the truth.
