Martin Keown has opened up on an occasion he questioned Arsene Wenger after an Arsenal victory. The former England defender played for the Gunners between 1993 and 2004, making 422 appearances and scoring eight goals before leaving to join Leicester.
The 53-year-old has been full of praise for his former manager in the past having won six major honours under the Frenchman, but he has now opened up on an occasion he felt the need to stand up.
In a conversation with Arsenal hero Ray Parlour, Keown has remembered a 3-0 win over Charlton in 2002 and Wenger’s actions that followed.
