The 30-year-old - that has forked out a whopping £25,000 on procedures since becoming a TV star - boasted about her upcoming nose job on her Instagram page.
She wrote on Instagram: "Another reminder why I can't wait to get that nose job. But you should watch because it's gonna be good!"
