evoke.ieIt was quite surprising to see that Bruce Springsteen make his first-ever advertisement appearance at the Super Bowl. The Boss appeared in an ad for Jeep on Sunday night, marking his first affiliation with a product.
The ad was shot over five days last month in Kansas, Colorado, and Nebraska by Springsteen’s longtime collaborator Thom Zimny.
And when Jeep reached out to Bruce the brand wasn’t holding their breath about him getting back to them. They were blown away when he agreed to do the ad for the iconic Super Bowl spot.
Olivier Francois, chief marketing officer of Stellantis told Variety that Bruce wanted to get on board after reading the script.
