Manchester United supporters have voted for Erik ten Hag as the ideal replacement for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. The Manchester Evening News conducted a survey across the international break to find out what United should do next amid uncertainty surrounding Solskjaer's future following poor results and just over 17,000 fans voted to have their voices heard.
Antonio Conte was linked with replacing Solskjaer, however, those in power at Old Trafford had reservations about hiring the Italian and he duly moved to Tottenham, which has left few appropriate candidates in 'contention' to replace Solskjaer.
In the survey, 36 per cent of supporters voted for United to hire Ajax boss Ten Hag to replace Solskjaer, though. Savings are available today
