The venue, which is situated on Tony Wilson Place, sent out an email on Friday evening (May 28) thanking people for taking part in a ‘sponsor a bee’ campaign.
However, instead of being sent out to those who took part in the scheme, it was sent to everyone who had registered for event information and email updates from the venue.
