Survivors of the Manchester Arena bombing have lost their bid to be represented at September's public inquiry into the terror attack.
Lawyers for more than 50 people were bidding to overturn a decision made by inquiry chairman Sir John Saunders not to grant them core participant(CP) status at the hearing.
If successful, it would have allowed them through legal representation to obtain disclosure of evidence in advance, challenge evidence and participate in lines of inquiry.
Following a hearing earlier this week, senior judges ruled against the survivors, saying their claim that Sir John's decision was unlawful is "not arguable".
