Luke Shaw believes Michael Carrick could still play in the Premier League at the age of 38 - based on his performances in training.
Carrick hung up his boots two years ago and immediately joined the coaching staff at Manchester United, but Shaw said the classy midfielder continues to look good when he turns it on at Carrington.
The midfielder made more than 450 appearances for United but Shaw believes he continues to be underrated by club and country, having won 11 major honours during his time at Old Trafford.
