Manchester Arena bomber teams up with terrorist in 'attack on prison guard'

Police said the charges relate to an incident at the jail on May 11 last year.Abedi, Hassan and Saeed were all charged on Tuesday.They are due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court, in south east London, on April 7.Abedi, the brother of suicide bomber Salman Abedi, was jailed last August for murdering 22 victims at the 2017 Manchester Arena bombing attack.He was found guilty by a jury of 22 counts of murder, attempted murder and plotting to cause an explosion likely to endanger life.The attack took place as crowds left an Ariana Grande pop concert on May 22 2017.Abedi could die behind bars after being given 24 life sentences with a minimum term of 55 years before he can be considered for parole.Hassan was jailed in 2018 for the Parsons.
