At around 9.05pm on Sunday (September 12), police were called to reports of a collision involving a Vauxhall Corsa on Bolton Road (A676) in the Hawkshaw area.
Police enquiries established that the Vauxhall was travelling westbound in the direction of Turton when it collided with a parked car on the passenger's side.
