Manchester City have held transfer talks with a view to signing Antonio Rudiger from their Premier League rivals Chelsea, according to reports.
Rudiger has become a key part of the Blues line-up under Thomas Tuchel and was part of the Chelsea team that overcame City in the Champions League showpiece in Porto last season.
The 28-year-old has already entered the final 12 months of his contract at Stamford Bridge. Negotiations with Chelsea are set to continue, but there are a string of potential suitors keeping tabs, with City touted as being among them.
Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich have been heavily linked with a swoop for the centre-back, while Juventus and big-spending PSG are also thought to be in the mix.
