A man has been taken to hospital after he was hit by a bus in Cheetham Hill.Emergency services were called to Cheetham Hill Road at the junction of Greenhill Road at 3.30pm on Thursday afternoon to reports of a crash between a bus and a pedestrian.A man, believed to be in his 50s, has been taken to hospital.The extent of his injures have not yet been confirmed.A large number of police and emergency vehicles, including an air ambulance, and a rapid response vehicle, were sent to the scene.Pictures from the scene show officers guarding a large cordon as they responded to the incident.Woodland Street, Cheetham Hill Road, Heath Street and Greenhill Road are all currently closed, according to TfGM.A spokesperson for the North West Ambulance.
