Zara Holland has decided to do her part to help the UK battle the deadly COVID -19. The former Love Island star, 24, has signed up to be an NHS volunteer amid the outbreak of the highly contagious virus.

Taking to Twitter to share the ews, the reality TV star urged her fans to follow in her footsteps after she shared a post from NHS encouraging all kinds of people to help out amid the crisis.

Over 40,000 UK residents have already signed up to do their part to battle the virus. The post read insisted that if idol individuals are 'fit and healthy', the NHS desperately needs them. "If you're fit and healthy, your NHS needs you.
