Love Island contestant Ellie Brown has shocked fans after it was revealed she had undergone a round of liposuction on her neck.

Fans had claimed the reality star, 24, was looking “unrecognisable” from her time in the Majorcan Villa. Ellie took part in the fourth series of the ITV2 dating show in 2018.
