Love Island bosses have confirmed that the latest batch of singletons will be living in a brand new villa.Producers have found the new home for this year’s cast members but it will still be in Mallorca.The popular ITV2 dating show has been filming all of the raunchy antics at the same sprawling property for five years, but as viewers prepare to welcome the warmer weather, ITV producers have been looking to revamp the series.And what better way to do that than by giving the set a breath of fresh air as they started hunting out a new space on the housing market to “enhance the show.”Now, TV bosses have confirmed they have found their new villa which remains on the Spanish island as fans eagerly await the new series.But that’s not all, as applications to secure a spot on the hottest reality show of the year are still open for the ultimate summer of love.The media corporation confirmed in a statement: “The ultimate summer of love is on the horizon as Love Island makes its long awaited return, direct from a brand new villa in Mallorca.“Applications are currently open for singletons looking for a long, hot Summer …"It comes after a source told The Sun how viewers could expect to see more mountainous views that overlook the ocean in the new hotspot.Season one and two of Love Island were filmed at a property in southern Mallorca’s Santanyi region before they moved to the current location of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar in the north-east.They told the publication: “ITV bosses think it is the right moment to refresh this element of the show, just as they did in series three back in 2017.“Bosses are conscious of the fact that this is also an opportunity to consider all the new elements they could introduce to enhance the show even.
