The industrious midfielder put in another fine display as the Bundesliga champions overcame Paris St-Germain 1-0 in Lisbon.Alcatara has been consistently linked with a move to Liverpool this summer, with Bayern seemingly resigned to losing him.
The German giants snapped him up for a bargain after Barcelona failed to give him enough minutes to activate a £80m release clause in a new contract he signed in 2011.
And seven seasons down the line, Liverpool could be in line to capitalise on the 29-year-old's current contract situation.Last month, Bayern chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge admitted Alcantara - who is out of contract.
