Jurgen Klopp has claimed Bayern Munich were "a little lucky" with their Champions League win after receiving a favourable schedule due to coronavirus.

The German club won the sixth European Cup in their history on Sunday with a 1-0 win over PSG in the final, drawing level with Liverpool on the same tally.

Bayern had the fortune of over a months rest between competitive fixtures after finishing their domestic season before returning for European action.

Their last match was July 4 in the German Cup final against Bayer Leverkusen and they didn't play again - other than an arranged friendly with Marseille - until August 8.
