Liverpool have issued a statement condemning those who celebrated outside Anfield as they were presented with the Premier League trophy.
The Reds beat Chelsea 5-3 in what was their final home game of the season. Jurgen Klopp's side were crowned champions several weeks ago which sparked wild celebrations in the city.
The club and local authorities urged fans to celebrate in their homes and again asked that large gatherings did not occur as they were awarded the trophy.
But they were ignored leading Merseyside Police to make nine arrests with Liverpool saying they were "disappointed" in a club statement.
