Peter Moore will step down after three years as Liverpool chief executive officer this August, the club have confirmed. Moore, who joined Liverpool in 2017, will be replaced by Billy Hogan, who is the current managing director and chief commercial officer at Anfield.
Moore has been an influential figure behind the scenes at Liverpool, who have enjoyed much success both domestically and in Europe under his stewardship.
The CEO's job required Moore to oversee the club's commercial ventures. Liverpool saw record profits with Moore at the helm, which has enabled Jurgen Klopp to bolster his side with big-money signings over the past three years.
