Liverpool reportedly face competition as they bid to sign Real Betis defender Aissa Mandi as a replacement for Dejan Lovren.
Centre-back Mandi is believed to be on the Reds' radar this summer after long-serving Lovren left the Premier League champions to join Zenit St Petersburg.
It has been reported that Betis have rebuffed a £9million bid from Liverpool, but have made clear an offer of £10.8m might be accepted, with Mandi having entered the final year of his contract.
However, Jurgen Klopp's side are not the only ones interested in the 28-year-old, who made 29 La Liga appearances for Betis this season and can play anywhere across the back four.
