Liverpool third-choice goalkeeper Andy Lonergan has revealed that Jurgen Klopp gave him a Premier League winning medal.The Reds won their maiden Prem crown this season, waltzing to the title and finishing the season on 99 points.Lonergan did not play a single minute of the campaign with Alisson Becker Liverpool’s first choice and Adrian filling in when the Brazilian was injured.Though Klopp recognised the part veteran Lonergan played in helping the Reds win the title and handed the shot-stopper a medal.“Winning the league is something I’ve got to my name now, regardless of not kicking a ball,” Lonergan told the Liverpool Echo.“It sounds nice.
