A West Lothian woman cycled 100km in five hours for the NHS.Jane Leask from Linlithgow took on the extreme challenge to raise money for a Covid-19 charity whilst she has been working from home.She completed the task in five hours on Friday, July 24, by running a loop around parts of West Lothian, Larbert and South Queenferry and covering the equivalent of 62 miles.Her fundraising page is collecting donations for NHS Charities Together who exist to support NHS staff, volunteers and patients impacted by the coronavirus crisis.Jane explained: “I was watching Nicola Sturgeon’s daily updates and decided to do something for the NHS.“There were lots of charities but the one I chose raises money directly for people affected by Covid-19.“With me.
