Line of Duty star Daniel Mays has reportedly been hit with a £351,000 tax bill after liquidated his company. The star, who played Sergeant Danny Waldron in the police drama, is being asked to pay up to HM Revenue & Customs.
According to the Daily Mail, creditors were sent a letter by the firm in charge of liquidating his company Supernova (London) Ltd stating that HMRC required £438,000.
However, the actor's lawyers apparently disputed the high amount, which resulted in it being reduced to £351,000. The Companies House website confirms Daniel as a director of the business as well as its liquidation status.
