DJ Steve Sutherland has tragically died. The iconic selector gained a huge following for his shows on radio stations Choice FM and Galaxy FM - just two highlights of a glittering career.
A pivotal figure in the black British music scene, Sutherland won four MOBO awards, his first in 2000 where he was recognised as the Best Club DJ.
Reacting to the news of his passing, the awards' official Twitter handle said they were "deeply saddened" to hear the sad news.
