Arsenal have been dealt a major blow in their pursuit of Layvin Kurzawa, with the Paris St-Germain defender instead eager to join Barcelona in the summer transfer window.
Kurzawa, 27, is expected to leave PSG when his contract expires at the end of the season. The France international has spent five years at the club, racking up 123 appearances and winning three Ligue 1 titles.
Yet after losing his place in Thomas Tuchel’s squad to Juan Bernat this season, Kurzawa is unlikely to put pen to paper on an extension at the Parc des Princes.
