Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.

According to the Mail Online, a source revealed: "Alesha and Lauren are very good pals. They have literally never had a row." The previous report in The Sun suggested that the pair had clashed over Alesha's relationship with Simon Cowell, 60, during a break from filming Britain's Got Talent.
The paper said: "Lauren took Alesha to a curtained-off room back stage during a break." The source continued: "It’s a communal area where crew make teas so it caused quite a reaction when a lot of people were stopped
