Lanarkshire daredevil pays the penalty for city centre crane high jinks

A Lanarkshire daredevil who filmed himself while climbing a towering crane in Glasgow has been fined.Dylan Fraser, 24, from Carluke scaled the equipment, which is almost 240ft high, in the city centre on May 1 while recording his antics on a Go-Pro camera.The 24-year-old’s high jinks have landed him in hot water before.

He previously ended up in court after a similar ascent of one of The Kelpies in Falkirk along with a friend.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

However, the penalty clearly didn’t deter his head for heights when he decided to tackle the crane in Glasgow.Footage which he has posted on social media shows him entering the construction site over a wall.
