Kylie Cosmetics Reveals Percentage Of Black Employees For Pull Up For Change

With worldwide protests shining a light on racial inequality, businesses in all industries are facing increased scrutiny over diversity in the workplace.

Black beauty CEO Sharon Chuter started the “Pull Up or Shut Up” campaign to encourage greater transparency in the beauty industry.

The beauty brand revealed their staff is 13% black, and overall 47% BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), 53% white, and 100% women-identifying.
