Peter Andre (born 27 February 1973) is an English-born Cypriot-Australian singer, songwriter, businessman, and television personality. He gained popularity as a singer, best known for his singles "Mysterious Girl" and "Flava".
He is also known for appearing on the third series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, and the thirteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, in which he was partnered with Janette Manrara.
PETER Andre has said "there's a lot of fear" about his son Junior following in his footsteps in the music business. The 16-year-old singer has signed a recording contract and is going to release music this spring.
But Peter, 49, said he was worried about the lad throwing himself into the industry like he did at the start of his career. Speaking to New he explained: "Of course, there's a lot of fear, because you get thrown into the lion's den. "But I'm hoping that with everything I'm telling him on a daily basis, he will be OK. "We sit and we talk about things, and he knows I'm right next to him the whole time.
It's unbelievable how similar we are. "Like me, he wanted to be an actor but he also has a talent for songwriting." He added that Junior's little sister Princess, 14, also has a talent for singing saying they "muck around" in his home recording studio.
