Kolo Toure says more players should look to get into one v ones with Virgil van Dijk, as that could expose the Liverpool defender's "weakness" a bit more often.
Van Dijk has just completed his second successive ever-present Premier League season with the Reds, and more importantly was a key member of the team which won the club's first top-flight league title in 30 years.
The Dutchman is widely regarded as perhaps the best centre-back in the game today, but Leicester coach Toure, who is one of Van Dijk's predecessors at Anfield having played for Liverpool between 2013 and 2016, thinks more players should test themselves against him. "He's an unbelievable player," Toure told Stats Perform News. "He's a top player.
