A month later, Kimberly was seen performing live on The X Factor with the rest of the Pussycat Dolls, including Nicole Scherzinger and Ashley Roberts, after the girls announced plans for a reunion tour and released their latest single React.
Sharing a series of pictures leading up to that moment, Kimberly recently told fans that she had to ‘reach deep into her soul’ to be able to perform.
In an honest Instagram post, she explained how she felt ‘vulnerable’ following her cesarean and was ‘thankful’ that she was able to celebrate her body by taking to the stage.
