Priceywoods is the nickname Katie has given to herself and Carl, and she's even had it tattooed on her wrist. The company, which is registered to an address in Hertfordshire, describes the nature of its business as "retail sale of clothing in specialised stores".
The private limited company was registered on November 12. Carl, 31, is named as a director of the company, as is a Gary Stephen Woods, born in 1962, thought to be Carl's dad.
