Katie Price fans are fearing for her puppy’s safety after she stuffed the tiny pooch inside her jacket while riding a horse. The former glamour model and horse lover sparked animal welfare concerns after fiancé Carl Woods posted a video of the star cradling the tiny pup inside her coat on a cold day. After getting out and about in the fresh air, Katie shared a picture of herself kissing the puppy, writing: "Buddy is so cute he loves my cuddles."Concerned followers rushed to the comments section on social media, blasting the star’s continually dismal reputation for taking care of animals after coming under fire in December for reportedly giving daughter Princess's dog away to a crew member on her show. One person wrote: “A pet is more than a pawn to pose with.

They require love, time, care and attention.”A second added: “You should be banned from keeping animals full stop.”While a third remarked: “Hope you're going to look after this one poor little mite.”The 43-year-old gave away a French bulldog to a TV producer pal in September of last year.A dog called Rolo, who she had bought for Princess’s 13th birthday, died in a tragic accident in 2020 after getting stuck in an electric sofa bed.Her Alsatian, Sparkle, was hit by a car when it escaped her home and ran out onto the road. She currently has Buddy and her beloved protection dog Blade, whilst Carl has his own dog called Sid.In addition to what fans have described at mistreatment of the Chihuahua, the star could find herself in trouble after seemingly breaking the rules of the Highway Code.According to the Code, you should keep both hands on the reins unless you are signalling when horse riding. You must not carry anything which might affect your balance or get tangled up.
