The presenter took to Instagram to announce that her workmates had inundated her with flowers and chocolates.Kate, who was wearing a colourful two-piece suit, told her fans about being given a stash of welcome gifts which included party rings by staff who "knew what she needed to get through a show".
And the Good Morning Britain host who looked happy and relaxed, told of her excitement at being back on the show and thanked her fans for their messages of support while she had been away.
