The Good Morning Britain host, 53, presents her own show on the radio station and was back to zipping between the ITV studios and Global – the home of Smooth Radio.Making sure she gets there in plenty of time, Kate was back to using her trusty motorbike taxi to speedily head across town and seemed pretty tickled by her appearance, as she suited up in a helmet and face mask, of course. ‘So great to be back on bike,’ she gushed in a fun video she shared with her Instagram followers on Monday.
