The ITV presenter said she dyed her hair blonder last night for her big return to the show today.However, Kate told co-star Ben Shephard that it hadn't exactly gone to plan.The 53-year-old said it was a "little blonder" that she usually has it - even saying it looked a bit "fluorescent".Kate added: "If there's a crisis, go blonder."The star has returned to work as husband Derek Draper continues to fight for his life in hospital after his coronavirus battle.He has now woken up from his coma, however doctors have warned Kate he is still 'critical'.Kate admitted 'a lot had gone wrong' already as she opened GMB with Ben Shephard today.
