Jules Kounde’s reps ‘frustrated’ with Chelsea as Todd Boehly faces pivotal talks
dailystar.co.ukChelsea and have given new Blues chief Todd Boehly an ultimatum regarding transfer talks. The American businessman completed a £4.25billion takeover at the end of May and has already begun to implement changes behind the scenes at Stamford Bridge.
Chairman Bruce Buck will step down at the end of June after 19 years of service whilst transfer chief Marina Granovskaia is also set to leave the west London outfit.
Boehly himself will take over from Granovskaia, at least on a temporary basis, with the LA Dodgers co-owner personally overseeing Romelu Lukaku's loan move to Inter Milan.Boehly knows the club are in desperate need of defensive acquisitions, Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen have left for Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively, whilst Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso could also join the Dane at the Camp Nou next season.
Now, according to 90min, the Blues have been told to firm up their interest if they are serious about signing Jules Kounde.
