Hollywood legend John Travolta has left fans teary eyed after posting an emotional tribute to his late son Jett. John, took to social media to share a rare intimate snap of him and his late son on what would have been his 28th birthday.

In the snap the actor and his on can be seen beaming into each others eyes as they relax on the beach. Jet Travolta tragically died in 2009 when he was just 16-years-old.

The family were on holiday in the Bahamas when he suffered a massive seizure. Taking to Instagram John uploaded the black and white snap alongside the caption: "Happy Birthday Jetty!
