Jett Travolta was just 16 when he died from a massive seizure while the family were enjoying their Christmas vacation in the Bahamas in January 2009.
Jett, who had a history of seizures from the age of two and was on the autism spectrum, died after hitting his head in the bath.
He was rushed to hospital and declared dead after doctors desperately battled to save him. On the anniversary of Jett's birth, John shared a beautiful black and white picture of his beloved son to Instagram, captioning it: "Happy Birthday Jetty!
