Jennifer Hudson is stepping out in style! The Oscar and Grammy-winning actress was spotted heading to her car after an interview on Late Night with Stephen Colbert on Thursday (August 12) in New York City. Jennifer looked gorgeous in a black dress that featured lots of multi-colored sequins and feathers.

She paired the look with holographic mesh booties and some retro sunglasses. Click inside to see her performance on the show… During her appearance, Jennifer and host Stephen Colbert performed an impromptu of the Aretha Franklin classic “(You Make Me Feel Like) a Natural Woman” alongside Jon Batiste.

The actress also revealed that she learned to play the piano while preparing for her role as the legendary soul singer in the movie Respect
