San Fransisco Gate reported today that Made in America, Jay-Z’s festival in Philadelphia, won’t happen on Labor Day weekend this year on account of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Released on Wednesday, Roc Nation revealed their statement in which they said Jay-Z would postpone this year’s festival until 2021.

The statement commented on a number of issues, including the pandemic, police brutality, as well as “systematic racism.” Reportedly, Made In America was supposed to take place on the 5th and 6th of September at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

Tickets sold for this year’s event will be valid for next year, however, ticketholders who want their money back should wait for an email from Live Nation about how to get their refund.
