Former field hockey player Sam Quek and Kingdom Choir conductor Karen Gibson team up in their bid to make it to the next round.
Against them is TV presenter Dominic Littlewood and former EastEnders star Phil Daniels. It isn't long before the quartet are given another big dish to prepare in the kitchen.
After tackling cooking the same dish while being divided by a wall, each duo must then cook meals for a large group of people.
