A poignant new film documents the end of Charlton's life as he and his family battled dementia.The football icon died in July aged 85 from lymphoma.Despite being one of only 11 Englishmen to appear in a World Cup final, Charlton had to be reminded of his achievements as the heartbreaking condition took hold.Director Gabriel Clarke said: "He needed to be reminded (about what he has achieved)."Jack is one of only 11 Englishmen to win the World Cup so it's sad.
