A veteran and firefighter of 27 years who lost the use of both his arms due to motor neuron disease has found help with a Stockport born Marine who uses cold water therapy to help veterans overcome trauma.

Former firefighter John Chart, 50, who also served in the Territorial Army and was a world champion power lifter, was a firefighter with London Fire Brigade when he noticed a twitching in his arm, six years ago.
