The Body Coach, who hosts a live PE Class on YouTube just six hours later, took to his Instagram Stories to tell how the tot had woken in the night.
With five month old Marley, wearing a cute bodysuit, beside him, Joe told the camera: "I was in bed at 9am tonight and look who has decided to wake up and have a party. "Who wants a party?" He tagged the caption "Marley wants to party time," before posting an update 36 minutes later.
It appears his baby with wife Rosie, 28, who was born premature in December, hadn't settled and was in fact squirming around dancing with a huge smile on his face.
