Ianis Hagi could be closing in a move to Maccabi Tel Aviv as the winger reportedly gets set to leave Rangers. The Romanian has been the subject of transfer talk in recent weeks, sparked by him revealing his frustrations over a lack of game time following the Viaplay Cup win over Greenock Morton where he managed only a sub appearance.
The 24-year-old's future was also addressed by Gers boss Michael Beale on Friday as Hagi looks set to leave Ibrox after signing back in 2020.
According to ONE, the winger will fly out to watch Tel Aviv against Ashdod from the stands on Sunday. The report suggests a transfer fee of £3million (€3.5m) has been reportedly touted, but conflicting reports suggest that a potential deal could see the Ibrox side bank closer to £4.7million (€5.5m).
The Israeli side are said to be 'willing' to meet Rangers demands and that the winger could land in Tel Aviv as early as this weekend.
